The hotel is superbly located in the historic center, making it easy to explore the charming town. I loved the attention to detail in the rooms, with beautiful beamed ceilings and hand-painted murals, it added character to the stay. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome and well taken care of.
All was great, nothing to improve!

Good location, Staff very friendly and helpful, very nice big room and bathroom
The accommodation is only one level so the room I had was on street level at the front of the property. It was very very very noisy all day and night. I dont know what the other rooms are like noise wise but If I stayed again I would request another room.

Security was great. Location central. Room was pleasant, roomy :-)and clean with a fridge and Microwave. They provided us with a clothes horse to Dry our clothes. Good value for money.
The tv. Hanging on The ceiling was so small we could not see it. No English speaking channels. This b&b did not provide breakfast. We did get a 10% voucher for a local cafe. Very rarely was there anyone at reception to answer our queries or tourist questions. Wifi. Was available but for €5 per day.it was not even available in the lobby. We stayed 12 days and felt they could of allow us to have Wifi at a reduced rate.

We had an incredible stay in this hotel in the heart of this charming city. The location was perfect, close to the flower market and all the incredible sights. The hotel facilities were excellent and it was impeccably clean. We really appreciated the convenient parking which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips on what to see and where to eat.
Was all great.

Well situated for shopping and eating. Very good bars and cafes close by offering cooking tipical of Lucca and value for money. The staff at Dimora were very helpful and spoke English while we spoke Italian! A fun way to learn the language. At first we thought it might be too inconvenient going out for breakfast but everything was open and we very much enjoyed living as Italians for a week. Suitable for a base if you plan to be out and about all day. We plan to return to Dimora Dei Guelfi next year.

A Tuscan Dream Come True
I recently spent a wonderful weekend in a Tuscan hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were charming, traditional Italian style and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, being situated in the heart of one of Tuscany's most beautiful cities. Despite this, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and tranquil. One of the best aspects was the friendly and very helpful staff who made me feel like I was part of their family.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences that didn't really detract from the overall experience, but bear mentioning. The bed was a little too firm for my taste, and the TV was a little hard to see from the bed.

This hotel in the heart of the historic center is superb! It's located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of street traffic, but still in the center of everything. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail like a patio where you can relax. The staff provides excellent service and they even clean the rooms while keeping our belongings safely in a box. Plus, the breakfast served in the hall is a great start to the day.
Everything was fantastic!

I had an amazing stay at this charming B&B, located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the flower market. the room was clean and nicely furnished, with a spacious bathroom and practical amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service and useful tips for exploring the area. Breakfast at a nearby Italian bar was a lovely way to start the day, enjoying the local atmosphere with a cappuccino and brioche.
Noise from inside the building could be heard in the room, which could be annoying for light sleepers.

The location is excellent. The room was very, very clean and the bed is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is realy big. I loved it.
The tv set is really small and the position of the wardrobe doesn't allow you to watch it very well.
